Kisako Artworks

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These terms apply when you buy goods from Kisako Kito, trading as Kisako Artworks("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before placing an order. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Delivery information.

1. About us

Kisako Artworks is the trading name of Kisako Kito, a sole trader. Our trading address is 4 Pirin Court, 59A Brook Crescent, London, E4 9ES. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Our products

We sell physical goods, including illustrations, rings and earrings. Product pages describe the item, price, materials, size and other key details where relevant.

Many items are handmade or made in small batches. Photos and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but colours may look slightly different on different screens and handmade pieces may have small natural variations.

For jewellery, please check the listed size, materials and care information before you buy. If you know or suspect that you may react to a listed material, please do not wear the item.

3. Ordering and contract formation

You can browse products and add items to your cart on this website. Checkout is completed through our WooCommerce checkout, where you can review your order, delivery details, delivery costs and total price before placing the order.

A contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if, for example, an item is unavailable, the product or price information was incorrect, we cannot deliver to the address provided, or the payment is not authorised. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

If you need to correct a mistake after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipping has started.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT number is shown and no separate VAT amount is charged by us.

Delivery costs are shown before you place your order and are calculated at checkout.

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Square and WooCommerce. We do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We currently offer checkout delivery within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK, please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order. We may consider international delivery case by case, and will confirm availability, delivery cost, estimated timescale and any relevant terms before accepting your order.

Orders are packed manually and are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after order confirmation, unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.

Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and depend on the postal or courier service used. Where a tracked service is used, we will share tracking details by email. See our Delivery information for the current delivery details.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For most online orders, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your name, order number, contact details and the item or items you want to cancel. You may also use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

Returned items should be unused and returned with their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage where a return is needed.

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Your statutory rights are explained further in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
